When we’re out on the road, David and I are always looking for the something special to add to our shop. We are never disappointed and that is why we love the life that we are living. We just got back from our 2nd trip in a month to Colorado. The first trip was to celebrate our 46 anniversary and David’s birthday to Ouray, Silverton and Durango Colorado and our second trip was to see our family in Frasier, Granby and Grand Lake and the leaves were so beautiful.
We found several items on these two trips and have brought them back to the shop. We have also added some new items to our shop as Christmas approaches, it’s time to stock up. While on our last trip to Colorado, we got some great news that we will have our second grand child in February. Our daughter, Kelsey and I decided to cook every meal and we really enjoyed the bread recipe from this wonderful new cookbook. We made this without a mixer, plenty of sunshine and it made two loafs that were so delishish. We did decide to add half the amount of salt and we should have just followed the recipe.
